City Harbour was founded in 1999. The team are a dynamic group of highly experienced industry leaders with outstanding property development, financial management and legal expertise.
With extensive knowledge of the local and international property markets, our people are passionate about delivering high quality public places and multi-use projects.
Paul was appointed to director of Digital Harbour Holdings in 2006 and chairman in 2009. He is also a co-founder and director of Debuilt Property and has considerable experience in construction and property development management.
Mike has over 30 years of experience in the property and construction industry and has developed a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. He is responsible for City Harbour’s asset management and technical due diligence.
Guy has worked in the local and international property industries for the past 20 years. He has extensive experience delivering high-profile projects, primarily master planned developments, airports, schools, commercial offices, residential apartments and hospitals.
David is one of the founding directors and shareholders of City Harbour, securing the development rights for the precinct in 2000. Prior to establishing City Harbour, David was a practising architect and ran his own firm for 20 years.
Michael is one of the founding City Harbour board members and a partner at Cornwalls Legal Practice. Initially a Chartered Accountant, Michael has been advising clients on Australian federal and state taxation laws for over 30 years.
Russell is one of City Harbour’s founding shareholders. He has 40 years of industry experience spanning all stages of development. Russell is a qualified engineer and has held senior management positions at several leading engineering practices.
Andrew is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial services and real estate investments. He has guided the strategic direction of City Harbour and established lasting relationships with the project’s shareholders.
Belinda is a lawyer specialising in major infrastructure projects. With a decade of intensive involvement in Melbourne’s construction sector, Belinda has particular expertise in collaborative contract models and high-risk high-value contracting.
Mark has more than 30 years of experience in corporate real estate and property development. He has worked broadly across the commercial and residential sectors and is regarded for his knowledge of facilities and asset management.
